Property Owners

LPRPOA-B assesses annual dues of $250 per year per lot.  Lots that have been subdivided pay annual dues based on the number of lots created by the subdividing.  The vast majority of the annual dues goes towards road maintenance for the subdivision. There is no county maintenance of the roads.  

Property Owners and Real Estate Agents

If you plan to sell a LPRPOA-B property, provide the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and CCRs below to any prospective purchaser. Liens may be filed on unpaid annual dues but there may be unpaid dues even in the absence of a lien. Please contact LPRPOA-B for the dues status of any lot.
